How To Apply

1. Interested candidates send the Application Form along with Attested Copies of Education Documents, Domicile Certificate and Passport Size Photographs are sent to the given address before the last date.Last Date is 31 July, 2022.

2. Postal order of Rs. 200 should be attached with the Application Form.

3. Experienced and higher qualifications Persons will be preferred.

 

4. Separate call letters for the test / interview will be issued and the schedule will be displayed on the Main Gate of Combined Military Hospital CMH Rawalpindi.

5. Candidates must be citizens of Pakistan and meet the eligibility criteria.

6. Candidates will be informed through text message.

7. Original Education Documents, Domicile and CNIC shall be presented by the candidates at the time of interview.

 

8. Age will be calculated on the last date of the receipt of the applications.
